It's okay. After getting the order, you'll be directed to the car's location. The key is already in the car. If the gate guard checks the vehicle and finds no issues, you can leave directly. A friendly tip: don't rent an electric car. If you arrive at the airport with a fully charged electric car, there will be an additional charge. I was charged an extra ten dollars.

There are few staff at the pickup location and no Chinese service, so you may need to wait in line for 20-30 minutes. The staff will try to upsell rental upgrades, which makes it more expensive and not very cost-effective.

The drop-off location wasn't specified clearly. The return in Las Vegas was on the fifth floor of a hotel parking lot. The instructions only provided an address, which was a hotel. Without reading other people's reviews, it's impossible to find! Unless you inquire in advance, but who would think the pick-up spot is a yard, and the drop-off would be in such a strange place?! I needed to return the car by 5 PM, arrived at the designated spot by 4:30 PM, but didn't finish until 5:30 PM! If there's a late return fee, I'll need to deal with you guys again!

The service was good, and there were no additional fees.

Car was great, staff at checkout and drop off were great. Only thing that I wasn't expecting was checking the vehicle for damage and filling the vehicle report myself at pickup.
