The car was fine, but I don’t want that to increase my score for Dollar. They suck so much. There was a huge line (1.25 hours) for Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz all combined. Counter staff kept pulling Hertz customers to the front of the line. I finally got to the counter and was told I’d now be put on a waitlist for 2 hours, and they’d call me when the car was finally clean and ready. Never again.

Always good. No complaints. But never again with Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz.

Overall the service and car condition was great! Good service from the staff. Had problem with my credit card (CC) and had to wait 15 minutes to transfer and pay my CC so the deposit can deduct from my CC.
