The condition of the car's tires was poor. After picking up the car and driving away, I discovered a leak. By the next day, the tire was completely flat and undrivable. A nearby repair shop found a bulge in the tire, posing a safety risk. It took 30 hours for the rental company to provide a new car after numerous follow-ups with no response.

Because I didn't buy the staff's insurance, they kept threatening that the app's insurance is different from theirs. They said any damage would cost 1000 euros, and in the end, they even checked the undercarriage, found a damage, and charged me 1000 euros.

Overall, it was quite good. It would be better if the contact number was directly answered by store staff, so any issues could be quickly resolved.

This is a reliable car rental platform

We originally booked an MPV but were given an SUV instead, which they called a free upgrade. Thankfully, we noticed this because we were almost charged over 100 euros extra.
