Pretty good. Bought full insurance at the store, which gives peace of mind. Originally rented a Peugeot 208, but actually received a BMW 4 Series. The driving experience was great.
“Fast speedy pick up at Nice compared to other providers.”
About Enterprise:9.0/10
Fast speedy counter service. It was hard to find the staff in the car park, but the heat (sun) was adding to the stress. More signs would be helpful.
Staff were helpful and fast and overall a good experience.

Booking was easy and helpful. Fast response when contacted.
When signing the contract, they clearly added an additional driver for over 120 euros. When returning the car, there were no issues, but after returning home, I was inexplicably charged another 50 euros for driver-related fees! I've rented from other companies abroad and never encountered this, and they didn't even inform me in advance. After settling the bill in October, I received another charge notification in December. I have no idea what these charges are! Total scam! I will never rent from Enterprise again in my life!
Directions to car pickup point at Nice airport could be clearer. Cannot fault Enterprise staff at either pick up or drop off. Friendly, polite and helpful. Plus very quick!
The car had a system issue, and I couldn't reach the nearby Enterprise branches by phone. I tried calling 4-5 branches over two days but couldn't get through. The service from the rental platform was excellent and they persistently tried to help me contact them, but it was still very difficult. In the end, I drove to a larger branch and exchanged the car.
“Quick & easy price comparison across multiple agencies. I got a great deal.”

I had prepaid for a Mercedes e-class but Enterprise didn't have the car and I was given a BMW 3 series, which is a lower category car and offered a 15% discount which is supposed to get refunded to Easyrentcars, who will then refund the amount to me.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
The price-drop protector helped me save money and I'm awaiting the amount to be refunded to my card along with the 15% additional discount that Enterprise offered ne because they gave me a lower category car.
I waited for two and a half hours and couldn't pick up the car. In the end, I had to cancel the rental, but they still charged me for a day's rental. Their attitude was very poor.
When booking the car on the website it stated the car was sufficient for 7 passengers and 4 luggage - this was sadly not the case - it could fit 2 suitcases only passengers all had the other suitcases and hand luggage all over them which was far from ideal especially with 2 special needs children and that was with an upgrade to a ford galaxy
“Seamless Car Rental Hire with Top Notch Service.”
About Enterprise:10.0/10
Max sped us through the process from the welcome desk to showing us the car. HE PRE-EMPTED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS SEAMLESS. Particularly liked the way he showed us the size measuring card for bumps and dents that would count or not, and also appreciated the lack of hard sell trying to make us upgrade. A terrific experience!
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Very clear interface on Easyrentcars, enabling a quick booking process.
The service was excellent. Picking up and dropping off the car were both quite convenient. The car was very new, with only a little over a thousand kilometers driven.
We originally booked an MPV but were given an SUV instead, which they called a free upgrade. Thankfully, we noticed this because we were almost charged over 100 euros extra. It felt like they were trying to see if we wouldn't notice and charge us more. They told us there were no MPVs available, but once we completed our paperwork and started loading our luggage, we saw three European customers renting MPVs.
Since the moment I started dealing with this car rental company, it felt like a nightmare began. First: They arbitrarily charged my card, and when I asked why, they said I had committed a traffic violation. When I asked where and when, they said it was my privacy and couldn't tell me. I'm genuinely puzzled by this logic—charging me without explanation and using privacy as an excuse! This company exemplifies what it means to be unreasonable, rude, and unscrupulous! After that, I was constantly worried that my credit card would be charged again at any moment! Second: Unluckily, we broke a taillight cover due to a steep road. Without any discussion, they charged me 1800 euros, equivalent to 14,000 RMB. My bank account was debited in the same month. I hadn't opted for their insurance because it had a deductible; instead, I took full coverage in my own country as it had no deductible. After repeatedly contacting them about the car damage, I got no response other than the charge—they utterly ignored my claims. Thank God, it took 71 days after returning the car for them to finally cover the damage. I hope my bad experience serves as a warning to others. In my memory, no one at this car rental company ever smiled; it felt like renting from them put me in their debt, and they were all very disdainful. Regretting my choice to rent from this company!
