Please take the shuttle from the airport to the rental office(about 6 minutes). Pick up your baggage and contact the number +39 351 8245351. The phone number can also be used via whatsapp by connecting to the free wi-fi at the airport. Exit the terminal through gate 1 in front of the "arrivals" area, cross the pedestrian crossing,head to the "short stay parking" area and continue for 10 meters along the covered pedestrian walkway until you find the parking spaces identified with the yellow inscription "shuttle". There you will find the shuttle "parking go" identified with the drivalia logo.

The office is located inside the 'Marco Polo' Airport, on floor 0 (Arrivals Terminal). Once you pick up the keys, you can go to the P1 parking lot, on the 2nd floor, in rows 'H2-G2'. In order to get to the parking lot you have to take the escalator and go up to the second floor of the Terminal. Then just follow the signs to the parking lot and enter at the “H-O” door (2nd floor). Our parking lots are located at Park P1 “Rent a Car”, on the 2nd floor, in rows “H2” – “G2”.

Picked up car at Venice Marco Polo airport. Counter is located in parking P1 third floor. Checking out the car was a smooth process. The car was clean and in good condition. Had a punctured tyre during the trip and they provided a workshop for us to repair. Overall communication was very good.

I was maliciously charged, and I completely disagree with the resolution provided. The pickup store was Rent Smart24 at Venice Airport. When returning the car, there was no step to sign off on any additional charges, yet I was charged unfairly with the excuse that there were scratches on the tires and rims.

Vehicle itself was clean and counter staff helpful but the car was not full (closer to 90%) and it also had only a 2% charge. As a hybrid, I'd expect better. Due to the small gas capacity, we were suddenly on empty during our initial journey.

Overall not bad. There was no option for snow tires during booking. When I arrived and requested snow tires, the Audi Q3 I booked didn't have them, so I had to switch to a Ford Focus Wagon. They counted it as an upgrade and charged me an extra 31 euros per day. Other than that, everything was good.

We were 1.5 hours late returning the car because a friend traveling with us hurt their foot. Europcar refused to waive the fee and charged us for an extra day. We left in a hurry and forgot a hat and water bottle in the car, but they claimed they couldn't find them. I suspect they were just thrown away during cleaning.

Our group of 8 rented two cars in Venice. During the booking process, we selected the option for cross-border travel to Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The customer service at the rental platform informed us that this rental company allowed cross-border travel and also sent us an email reminding us of this. At pick-up, we explicitly informed the staff of the countries we needed to cross and inquired about any additional fees. The staff did not charge any extra fees and handed the cars over to us. However, when we tried to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina from Montenegro, we were denied entry due to missing vehicle documents required by the rental company. We attempted entry at two different border crossings but faced the same result, which severely disrupted our travel plans. If we had abandoned our plans for Bosnia and Herzegovina, we would have lost the cost of three nights of hotels there and incurred additional costs for three more nights in Croatia. As a result, we were forced to spend an entire day driving back to Dubrovnik, Croatia, to rent two new cars for €400 and then re-enter Bosnia and Herzegovina. This disrupted our originally planned road trip, adding over 10 hours of extra driving. After contacting the platform to address this issue with the rental company, the platform actively helped with communication, but the rental company's efficiency was extremely poor. We were very disappointed with their service. If you plan to travel across borders to non-EU countries, I strongly recommend avoiding this rental company!

Abandoning our planned journey in Bosnia and Herzegovina would have resulted in losing the cost of 3 nights' hotel reservations and incurring additional costs for 3 extra nights in Croatia. As a result, we had no option but to spend an entire day driving back to Dubrovnik, Croatia, where we spent 400 euros renting two cars again to re-enter Bosnia and Herzegovina. This caused our originally planned road trip loop to be interrupted, and we ended up driving more than 10 extra hours. We contacted the rental platform to request the rental company to address the issue, but we have not received any response. We are extremely disappointed with the service of this rental company. Overall experience was good. No complicated procedures. To pick up the car, you only need a passport, credit card, and a driving license. Successfully picked up the car with a UK driver's license that I've had for just over a year, without an IDP. A 500 EUR credit card pre-authorization was returned the day after returning the car. The staff inspected the car carefully when returning it, so make sure to take a video around the car before renting to avoid any disputes. Got a Golf, which was a bit small but suitable for four people. The car only had a type-C port, so remember to bring an adapter.

The car's interior was quite old and not very clean. The main issue was that the costs were unclear throughout the process. Using a credit card, I paid a deposit beforehand, another deposit at the store, and was charged an additional 180 euros when returning the car. They downgraded the car but didn't refund! My car was downgraded from UFAH to FFAR, and they didn't refund the difference. The vehicle had many issues, various scratches, and dents. They just told me it was mentioned in the documents, which were a mix of Italian, German, and English, making it very hard to understand. If you don't accept it, you have to give up the car, affecting your trip.

They tried to scam us by inventing some random damage on the car. I had pictures from when I picked it up and before dropping it off. Although the guy did not admit it, it was evident that he damaged the car while inspecting it to charge us.
