They create a tense atmosphere without giving clear instructions and then find opportunities to collect tips. Small dents as tiny as a grain of rice are completely undetectable from a single angle and require multi-angle photos to clarify and prove. The fuel gauge at pickup showed a remaining range of 520 kilometers, and at return it showed 670 kilometers, but I was fined 35 euros because the fuel gauge was slightly different. I strongly advise everyone to refill the tank completely within 3 kilometers before returning the car.
This car rental company is excellent and worth recommending. The clerk at the counter speaks good English and has a good attitude. He suggested insurance, but stopped after being informed that I had full coverage. The pickup lot is located at a nearby parking garage at the station. The car was a new 2400 km FIAT 500 hybrid, quite good and fuel-efficient, but struggles a bit on inclines. I am dissatisfied with QEEQ for two reasons: 1. The APP lists the return address as the counter where I picked up the car, causing me to circle around three times without finding it, very frustrating; 2. Their customer service has worsened compared to pre-pandemic times, leaving me speechless. Your prices are similar to those on foreign websites; I chose you for convenience. Asking you to coordinate an earlier return time with the car rental company was less effective than if I had called them directly. A negative review for QEEQ.

Long wait time at Milano Centrale desk with only one staff member at a busy time. Had to leave and come back as didn't accept debit card or Amex credit card. Vehicle was no longer available by the time I returned and had to wait for several hours for another vehicle to return. Required €1,800 deposit for vehicle, which Qeeq didn't communicate clearly on booking emails. As I didn't have this amount available on my card I was forced to buy extra insurance from Noleggiare that I didn't need, amounting to almost €400 over the booking period. During booking, had to ring the Milano Centrale office 15 times to confirm I could drop the vehicle back later than the booking time. Drop off location was correct on the Noleggiare invoice, but incorrect on the Qeeq email and voucher. All in all a subpar experience and unlikely I would book again with Noleggiare, and would expect Qeeq to improve their communication on deposits required significantly.

I have emailed in a complaint which is city being dealt with . Almost an hour and a half waiting at the desk to pick up. Vehicle was not cleaned outside. They charged me 35 euros penalty to put less than 20 euros of fuel back in on return. A fee which I was not informed big when picking up the car. I couldn't find a station close to the airport on return and since I only used the car to drive to my hotel and back I thought I'd tell them I didn't put any petrol in and simply pay to replace what I'd used. Very poor customer service. Very sneaky not to have told me this especially when they covered the other details with me leaving that part out.
