The service was okay, I guess. I often rent cars in Europe, and the service is pretty much the same everywhere.

The service was excellent, and the reserved vehicle was upgraded for free. Pickup and return were very convenient.

The store staff were okay, but when an issue arose, the company’s service phone was unreachable. Eventually, I had to ask passersby for help. This being my first car rental, it was quite stressful. I went for the cheaper option, but next time I’ll go with a bigger company, hoping for better service.

The car was great. They upgraded us to a larger model when we arrived, and the staff's attitude was very good.

The car they initially promised us had an issue when we arrived, so we had to wait for a while before they replaced it with another one. However, they did offer us a free full tank of gas as compensation.

Great experience, the vehicle was very new and fuel-efficient. Overall, a very pleasant journey.

The service from Citer was excellent. After discovering a flat tire near Angers, France, we contacted Citer's customer service. They quickly arranged a taxi to take us from the incident site to Angers (about 40KM away) and promptly organized a car replacement. Additionally, the staff at Citer in Lyon Train Station, Paris, were very helpful. When we returned the car, they patiently directed us to the nearest gas station, making things convenient for us. They also meticulously gathered the necessary documents for our insurance claim once we returned home.

The pick-up and return process was convenient and fast. However, the originally reserved Peugeot 3008 was not available, and they provided a similar Toyota model. Unfortunately, the steering wheel of this car was not calibrated, causing it to veer off when driving straight, making long-distance driving quite tiring.

Compared to the rude service attitude of Parisians, this car rental company has a relatively good service attitude. When I returned the car, the tire was flat, but the staff didn't say anything. Just a handshake, and the return process was over.

Picking up the car was very convenient. The counter was right at the Sydney airport exit. Verified identity, got the keys, and returning the car was easy.
