Overall, it was pretty good.

You need a domestic driver's license and an international driving permit. The service was decent. I rented the car for three days and then extended for another day, but I had to pay the deposit again when extending, which felt quite inconvenient. Additionally, they required my domestic driver's license and the notarized document again when I extended the rental. Since I didn't have the notarized document with me, it took a long negotiation before they found the copy from three days earlier. Overall, it was a good experience, but dealing with the deposit and notarized document was a bit annoying.

Pick up was smooth and drop off easy.

The car drove great. It was a good size and the hybrid had plenty of power. It was clean and tidy. The pick up place was very friendly. The girl that served us went above and beyond, trying to set up my phone to the car screen so we could see google maps easier.

It was great to know that QEEQ was doing it's best to find a cheaper price, right up to when we collected the car. The QEEQ platform was easy to use and was and extra layer of certainty for me when booking. It also gave very valid information on what was needed for insurance purposed. I confirmed that our travel insurance policy covered the excess should we have an accident, so did not need to take out any other extra insurance with Ace Rental. QEEQ suggested checking this

They offered us a larger car for no extra price as we had 3 teenagers in the back seat for 5 weeks and they thought it would be best with a larger sedan than a small hatchback. The staff went above and beyond and the vehicle was fabulous.

Good platform to use. although got a little confused with the insurance side of things... other than that worked well.

Given the holidays pick-up took longer than expected but it was easily solved by their partner company. The contract was signed in a rush and before inspecting the vehicle which led to the extra step of writing an email and making the drop-off staff aware of the original state of the car.

Booking is easy, price porctector never came up with anything better. At the end was pricy but good

Best ever rates, best ever customer service especially the chat service. will keep coming back. maybe you need to extend your service to accommodation as well. only one thing, your reference number was different from the one ACE had and it took them few minutes to find my booking, if you guys use or add in the reference number from the supplier thats will be great.
