I am disputing my bill. I was charged for insurance I didn’t ask for, winter chains I didn’t get & for a slight scratch on one hubcap that’s barely noticeable, requires no repair or replacement. If Europe Car doesn’t correct these charges I will not be using them again.

We arrived quite early, around 9 AM, so it wasn't crowded. Although we booked a BMW S1 series, we were given a DS DS4. While it was a new car with only 1200 km on it, I didn't know that the DS4 was in the same category as the S1. However, the DS4 had a lot of steering play, significant road noise, and poor power performance, which made driving uphill difficult. We mentioned the type of roads we would be driving on and were concerned about whether the DS4's trunk could meet our needs. The staff said if the trunk couldn't fit everything, we could put one of the suitcases in the back seat since there were only three of us. I was speechless.
Audi A3 diesel is a good and low km car. However it took over 90 mins to get served and receive the car. Other patrons had the same experience - we were not alone.
Car arrived dirty, damaged and with low oil warning light on. I've never had to add oil for a hire car before. Europcar later tried to blame me for damages to the vehicle, thankfully we took many pics on receipt of the vehicle to prove our innocence.
Customer service at Europcar have been unresponsive to emails throughout the experience.

Sinceramente, me arrependi, e só não devolvi o carro antes do prazo, pois não tinha como cancelar os hotéis que tinha reservado.
Insufficient engine oil and seriously low tire pressure, which were not inspected at all. Wasted 2 hours on the road to refill tire pressure. There were also unauthorized charges.
The staff were enthusiastic and had a good attitude, answering questions as best they could. There was no Chinese language service, hopefully there will be in the future.
There's a daily limit of 200 kilometers and an extra charge for a second driver! This is ridiculous! I’m never renting from this company again! Also, the wait time during pick-up was very long.
