The store and the pickup point are a bit far apart, requiring about a ten-minute walk. The pickup point shares the space with other companies' cars, and it's very crowded. Make sure to mark the location in your GPS in advance, otherwise, it’s easy to get lost.
We booked 2 Nissan Qashqai automatic SUVs or other similar mid-sized SUVs. When we went to pick up the cars, we were told there were no automatics available, and the cars on-site were smaller than the current Qashqai model. After multiple negotiations, we got one 2014 manual Nissan Qashqai and one automatic Renault sedan. The pickup process took quite a bit of time.
The service was very satisfactory. Pick-up and drop-off times were quite flexible. Although they mentioned a full tank when picking up and returning the car, it wasn't strictly followed. However, this small issue didn't overshadow the overall good experience. They even took us directly to the departure hall after returning the car, which was very considerate, even though it wasn’t far.
