Picked up the car at Prague Airport. The store is not far from the arrival hall, just a few minutes' walk.

Budget doesn't have a great reputation, so make sure to inspect the car carefully. Even if you have full insurance, issues can still arise. We found several scratches that weren't documented when we picked up the car and had the staff note them. However, when returning the car, we discovered scratches on the lower front windshield that we hadn't noticed earlier. We had driven for less than two days and hadn't hit anything, so we're just glad we had full insurance.

The rental location was hard to find. Some rental companies provide pickup services, but on that day it was raining heavily and we got soaked trying to find the rental company.

New and clean car. Quick and courtesy service.

Like: I liked that it was possible to get a great last minute deal within my budget. The reservation desk guy was helpful and friendly. We got the car as scheduled with no delays or waiting.
Dislike: We booked VW golf class and got a Seat (not sure which make). It was kind of a nice upgrade. However, this car has very uncomfortable front seats. It has nothing to do with Budget, just a thing to keep in mind.
