Booked a seven-seater, but got an eight-seater, almost like a minibus. Tried several times to change the car, but it was not possible! Will never rent from them again!

Service attitude is okay.

Car pickup was convenient, service was good, and they didn't charge extra when we returned the car over an hour late.

Not bad. There's a counter at Avalon Airport's arrival hall with the parking lot right outside. This airport has very few flights, so there's almost no queue. Very quick. The car wasn't very new, having more than 30,000 kilometers. However, the condition of the car was good. Booked a Camry, but it was unusual that the car didn’t have a handbrake, relying entirely on the P gear. Each time I parked, I had to make sure the car didn’t slide before I dared to take my foot off the brake pedal.

Average. Handling violations is very troublesome. Charging an extra day fee for late car return is quite unreasonable.

Great! Got an upgraded car! No extra charge for an additional driver! Probably because we bought full insurance! They didn't even check the car when we returned it!

Melbourne Avalon Airport is not crowded and the queues are short.

The rental company heavily promoted full coverage insurance, but if you are confident in your driving skills, it's actually unnecessary.

A row of car rental companies in the airport hall, not many people waiting, easy to find. Provide documents, sign and drive away, very convenient. Communicated with the receptionist to change the return location temporarily, no problem! The car's condition was good (over 20,000 km), very easy to drive!

I was pleasantly surprised to rent a Nissan Tiida but was given a Mitsubishi SUV at no extra charge. The vehicle was quite new, with only about 8000 kilometers on it.

This company is simply terrible! They didn't show the price when we swiped the card. After signing, we found out that the total price was twice what was quoted by ZUZUCHE. When we asked the front desk, they told us it was because of a $350 fee for returning the car in a different location! I repeatedly told them that this was impossible, and they insisted there was no mistake until another staff member confirmed it. They assured us they would help us get a refund. After returning home, I found that my credit card was still overcharged. We contacted ZUZUCHE customer service and the rental company at least 10 times, sent emails, and even threatened to complain to the Australian Tourism Board if the issue wasn't resolved. Every email received a read receipt, but no action was taken for three months. Finally, they refunded the extra charge for the different location return. However, there was still a charge of over $20 for not returning the car with a full tank. We had refueled on the way to return the car, but there was a parade that day, causing detours and making us forget to get the receipt, leaving us with no evidence. We had to accept the loss. I remind everyone to avoid this company if possible, and if you must choose them, confirm the total price before swiping your card. This was a painful lesson for us.

They were very enthusiastic and upgraded our car for free. We eventually got a Camry.
