Everything was good except for the constant push to buy the comprehensive insurance during the car handover.

Good service attitude, no communication barriers. The vehicle was in great condition, a new car.

The overall attitude of the staff at the store was okay, but one or two staff members were not very friendly.

Due to language barriers, the rental price was 289 RMB per day! They forced us to buy an insurance of 400 TL! In the end, it was 430 RMB per day!

The staff at the rental car company were extremely friendly. I originally booked the car for 9 AM, but my flight arrived at 1 AM. Seeing that we had a child with us, the staff were very accommodating and even agreed to let us pick up the car earlier without any additional charges. Many thanks to the two Turkish gentlemen. Our self-driving trip in Turkey brought us wonderful memories and experiences. The people of Turkey are very warm and friendly.

Although they couldn't find my reservation, they still rented me a car. The process was quick. Pick up and return with an empty tank, no need to buy a full tank of fuel. The car was a Renault Fluence with only 25 kilometers on the clock, very fuel-efficient. Not bad.

They have an office at the airport, and the car is parked nearby. Someone will guide you there.

This was the worst car rental experience ever. Thrifty's counter in Istanbul is in the domestic terminal, which is quite a long way if you arrive internationally. After finally finding it on my own, I arrived at my scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, but the staff were very slow. I had purchased extra full insurance through QEEQ beforehand, but the Thrifty staff didn't accept it, insisting that I had to buy their full insurance, or they wouldn't give me the car. The SIM cards at Istanbul Airport are expensive, and I planned to buy one outside the airport, but I had no choice but to buy an overpriced one at the airport to call QEEQ customer service. Due to the late hour and the upcoming Lunar New Year, QEEQ's customer service verbally agreed to help me cancel the insurance I bought in my home country. Finally, after all this hassle, I left the airport with the car at around 9 PM!!!! And it gets worse... When I checked the tires at pickup, I found they were nearly worn out, but the staff refused to change the car. I had to drive away with tires that had almost no tread. Later, a historic snowfall hit Istanbul… the car got stuck countless times… Overall, it was a very unpleasant rental experience. I chose Thrifty because their prices seemed cheaper. I strongly advise anyone coming to Turkey not to choose them!!! Not to choose them!!! Not to choose them!!! I've said it three times because it’s important!!! It's a total scam!!! Better go with a major car rental company!!!

Amy, who received us, was very enthusiastic and explained the terms and conditions thoroughly. The vehicle was in great condition, with just over 20,000 km, essentially a new car.
