CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON THRIFTY AT JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT, SNA

The Thrifty location at SNA airport is not actually at the airport, unlike all the other companies. It took me a long time of wandering around the airport to figure this out.

차량이 막 깨끗하게 청소된 상태이고, 거의 새차였습니다. 카메라가 없어서 업그레이드를 해야했습니다. 업그레이드 비용이 생각보다 높았지만 업그레이드 된 차량이 좋아서 잘 이용했습니다. 보험 가입을 얘기했지만, QEEQ에서 받은 보험증서를 보여주니 확인하고, 추가 가입이 안되도록 해주었습니다.

차량 선택 시 카메라나 네이게이션 등의 옵션을 선택할 수 있게 하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Had present experience from pu to drop off. Would have liked Thrifty to be located at the airport rather then off premise.

They accused me of smoking in the car without any evidence and claimed I burnt the area under the floor mat, but the mat itself was completely fine. It's impossible for me to damage the area under the mat without burning the mat itself. It's obviously done by someone else, yet they charged me $300 for the damage.

First time to book with this platform. Price is slightly better than other platforms like Expedia. May be back next time.

The website showed that GPS was free, but I was charged $50 for its rental. This is unacceptable!
