The store is hard to find and requires a shuttle bus. It's not inside the airport.

Great value and friendly and helpful staff. Deliver vehicle directly to the airport but need to complete all of the paperwork online before arrival.

Many rubbish were hidden in the front door where storage the bottles. Fuel was shows full on pick up but drop too fast! When I refill to full, is last much longer. So i pretty sure the previous didn't fill the car to full!

オークランド国際空港インターナショナルターミナルの7番出口前からピックアップと書いていたが、7番出口は工事中であった。 30分ほど彷徨いやっとピックアップ場所を見つけた。9番出口から横断歩道を2つほど渡った先であった。事前に知らせて欲しかった。

レンタル時は素早くチャットで質問に答えて頂き、不明点が解消され安心して予約できた。 出発前に空港からのシャトルバスサービスについて質問するとレンタカー会社に確認してくださいと言われた。 英語に自信がないから日本語でお尋ねしたのであって、自分で英語で確認できるならば最初から御社に手間をかけずにそうしてます。

We randomly received ford focus. We expected too much but got disappointed. There was a prompting reminder that the car needed a maintenance. We felt it because even we were just 2 riding the car, it was difficult to drive. It felt like we have heavy luggages inside. The aircon is not working working not unless you turn the fan to level 4. This must have not been the case if they were maintaining their cars properly.

The car will be a surprise. You may get something what we got. They should've been more specific.

Waited over an hour at night for the shuttle to pick up the car, made numerous calls before it arrived. The shuttle driver, an Indian guy, kept lying that it was coming soon.

Like: We loved the car we got. It was great quality, nice and clean and a good size for us. We thought we'd get a real budget car with the price as it was quite cheap however the car was much better than most other rental companies. We got a very new car seat too. The staff made everything quick and easy and were so prompt on getting us to and from the airport to their location near by.
Dislike: Nothing. Really happy.
