The car seatbelts were missing the button that stops the buckle getting lost. The wipers left water on the windscreen and the screen wash left greasy smears on the window making driving at night were difficult.

Due to language barriers, I initially thought I received a free upgrade to an automatic car. I didn't check the receipt carefully and later found out at the hotel that the charges were much higher than my booking. I went back to dispute it and finally got my money back! Seems I need to be more cautious in the future; foreigners can have their little tricks too!

I rented a Volkswagen Golf, but was given a Kia SUV. The space is ample and the power is great.

The service was excellent, the car was in good condition, and we had smooth travels for 8 days.

The rental company made random charges. Despite the fuel tank being full, they deducted the cost of a full tank from my credit card. When an accident occurred, Avis refused to take responsibility.

After flying for 20 hours, I still had to wait 2 hours at the Avis store in Arlanda Airport before getting the car. The waiting time was too long. However, the customer service upgraded the car, which was nice.

Helpful staffs but not enough counters when busy. Have to wait for a long time!

Good app! Excellent value, will use it again.
