The car rental location is not in the city center, and it cost 70 MYR for a taxi.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly! They carefully explained how to exit the airport and return the car to the designated spot. They also specifically advised us that a card is needed for the highway, which can be obtained at the far left lane of the highway entrance, available 24 hours. The guy spoke fluent English and was very cheerful!

The only satisfactory aspect was the condition of the vehicle; the rest of the services, pick-up, and attitude were all awful.

I always choose Avis for overseas car rentals. They have a large fleet and are very professional. The car had very low mileage, only over 40,000 kilometers, and even had plastic covers like a new car.
