Unreasonable charges. They claimed I violated traffic rules and deducted 1947 AED, but I was actually charged 2600 AED without explanation. They couldn't provide any reason or images for the charges.
Since it was late (11:00 PM), there was no need to queue. The originally reserved compact car was unavailable, so they upgraded me to an SUV for free. When returning the car (9:00 AM), I noticed a long queue for pick-up, but the return process was very quick—finished within 5 minutes.
