I am very satisfied. I rented the car during a peak period and waited for about half an hour. Returning the car was especially fast, took only 10 minutes. The rental car was very new. I had no accidents, violations, or car damage. The deposit was settled the day after I returned the car, with 73.5 dirhams (20.01 USD) deducted for toll fees.

The car condition was very poor, with the engine light turning on at one point during the trip. The rental company claimed to have WeChat, but in reality, they only had WhatsApp. Without WhatsApp, it was impossible to get in touch, and they kept shifting the blame. I did not receive any phone calls or emails regarding the confirmation of the return time. When I wanted to return the car early, the customer service directly said it was not allowed. I told them I wouldn't make my flight, and they responded with no solution and a very bad attitude. Additionally, due to high temperatures, the battery and engine warning lights kept flashing. When I called the rental company, they insisted I send them a video via WhatsApp for verification. So, does that mean without WhatsApp, there's no way to communicate with you?

They charge me again and I told them that I pay only for the deposit not the hire price which I already payed.

I want refund to the money I pay for the hire prices.

Extremely dissatisfied. The car model I booked was unavailable when I arrived, and they gave me a fake four-wheel drive instead of the real one I reserved. They also aggressively pushed for additional insurance during the rental process, claiming that if I didn't buy it, I would need to pay a higher deposit.

The renter's bank card had expired, and they used a colleague's credit card to pay the deposit. The rental company forcibly required them to purchase additional insurance, otherwise they were not allowed to pick up the car.
