“Conflicting communication”
About Cizgi: 8.3 /10
No information provided on HGS sticker. Multiple phone calls and online chats gave conflicting information and in the end provided no help. No sticker on car, still not sure car was registered for HGS. Never received a green light when using tolls. Staff on return tried checking but in the end told us to go, that there will be no problem. Here hoping no fines come through. Otherwise car condition was good.

The attitude of the car rental company's manager was very poor. I waited for over 40 minutes at the rental company while they kept talking on the phone, joking with other staff members without speeding up the paperwork. Most importantly, the car they rented to me was very old and dirty inside and out. Because I was traveling abroad, I didn't want to argue with them, so I reluctantly used their car.

They said there would be someone holding a sign to pick us up upon arrival, but after everyone in our group was picked up by various other people, nobody was there for us. We called and it took ages for someone to come, which seriously disrupted our schedule.

1. The rental process is very simple. There's no credit card deposit, authorization, or vehicle inspection involved. Picking up and returning the car is hassle-free! 2. The car is a diesel version with plenty of power, perfect for the uneven terrain of Cappadocia! 3. One reminder: They won't hold a sign to meet you. When you are waiting for your luggage, you need to call them, inform them when you will be at the terminal entrance, and confirm how long they will take to arrive. Otherwise, you might end up waiting in the cold for nearly 30 minutes like we did. 4. If you are not going to Lake Tuz, adding 100 lira worth of fuel is enough. There are many gas stations along the way. We added 150 lira and still had 2 bars of fuel left when we returned the car. Since we picked up the car with an empty tank, it was unavoidable to waste some fuel.

1- The road conditions in Turkey are excellent. 2- The condition of the car was quite good and very spacious for four people. 3- The Tantu navigation app is not very good; overall, it is not as good as Google Maps.

“Kayseri Car Pick-up - Goreme - Uchisar - Antalya - Kas - Fethiye - Bodrum - Kusadasi - Pamukkale - I”
About Cizgi: 8.0 /10
Overall, they are quite good. The car models, prices, and services are all satisfactory, making it a great value for money, which was a key factor in my choice. However, one thing I really dislike is the 'pick up and return with empty fuel tank' policy. It is inconvenient to find a gas station right after picking up the car when you're not familiar with the area, and when returning the car, you have to calculate the mileage. Usually, fearing running out of fuel, I return the car with about 1/3 tank left, which feels wasteful. This policy is not good. I've driven in many countries, and this was my first encounter with such a policy.

Experience was good, but there were some small inconveniences. Taking the car lasted about an hour and a half, initially I did waiting for the car to be washed, and then I waited for the staff to find out how the GPS works. The GPS received was in Turkish and we were unable to use it, but we finally got our money back. Employees do not know English, which made communication quite difficult.
