The staff’s English was easy to understand and he was very polite. Even though the fuel was a bit low on return, he didn't mind. After refueling, we drove for a while. Time was tight and the Frankfurt airport area is quite confusing, so we didn’t look for another gas station nearby.

The experience was average. The only thing that exceeded my expectations was the free upgrade to an SUV due to the unavailability of the reserved model.
