The car provided by the rental company was vastly different from the one I selected, not even in the same class.

Lovely pick up place staff. We got upgraded with a noicer and bigger car. Thank you. Always nice to get upgraded :) Car was clean but quite a lot of scratches/dents in the car which is fine because the staff were all aware of it. Drop off was super quick. Thank you.

車はきれいに清掃されていました。借りる時に、交通ルールのペーパーテストがありました。テストの解答を間違えたので、再テストを受け、全問正解した後、やっと車を貸していただけました。 安心して借りる事ができます。

Although they had computer issues, ended up with an okay car.

The car shouldn’t be allowed on the road. It’s been in multiple accidents and the brakes don’t work properly. Not safe at all. I can’t believe this is ok. I had to leave a week early and of course no refunds so I paid a premium per day for a car that shouldn’t be on the road. Literally parts are falling off the car! My next review will be online on the major sites.
