I was delayed at customs for several hours, and my phone was confiscated, which prevented me from contacting the rental company. By the time I arrived, the car I had booked was given to someone else. I paid in full; why couldn't they hold the car for me? I ended up with a 5-seater instead of the 7-seater I reserved. Later, after returning the car, my credit card was charged every day, each time for about ten dollars. I've been asking customer service for four days, but no response from the rental company. If these are toll fees, why weren't the other two cars I rented, which took the same routes, charged daily? This rental company is really unreliable.
