This company is terrible, the card machine only accepts chip cards, and the deposit refund is very slow.

Service was mediocre. The location is great, right inside the train station. However, when I arrived, my reserved car was not available. I was given only manual options, or I could pay extra for a different car. Although the extra cost was minimal, it felt really inconvenient. I had clearly reserved an automatic, yet they only provided a manual transmission.

Car condition is good, no complaints, but staff are really rude and have very terrbile attitude to customers.

Overall it was good but drop off location was not shown properly on map. No one picked call too.
