Picking up the car was fast, and the staff was very friendly. However, we had trouble returning the car because we couldn't find the lower level return point and circled around four times. Finally, we had to ask for help at the counter, where they told us we had to park in the designated return spot. We've rented from this company many times in Thailand, but this time we couldn't find the way down. Google navigation didn't help either. Later, I noticed the rental agreement had clear English instructions to follow the road signs one by one.

I booked a Mitsubishi, but the rental company gave me a brand new seven-seater Toyota Corolla. I was satisfied but I wanted an MPV. The company's staff refused to help me find another car.
