Gas tank wasn't full ... difficult to manage how much you need to fill before returning the vehicle. No enough staff ... have to wait for a long time. Parking lot is small and tight ... have challenges to drive in and out.

Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

“Much Cheaper but our experience was really good.”

Reviews read were sometimes terrible but the price difference was huge. So we paid for the extra insurance and took a chance and everything was really very good. Apparently Routes rules are really strict so perhaps be careful about the T&C's. We would definitely use again if the prices stay low. They don't actually have any Nissan Pathfinders but the big Dodge was fine.

Great customer service, good shuttle service wait a little long on the journey from the airport 45 min. So we got a cab but this was our choice as on a right schedule. Car was in great condition and no complaints. Thank you
