It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color. She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.

Renting a car is convenient and fast, the staff is very friendly, and there is no pressure to buy insurance. Prices are reasonable. The car is very new and there are many options. Very satisfied! I will rent from them again next time.

The car pickup process was self-service. We added roadside assistance insurance, printed the receipt, and picked up the car ourselves. It was very convenient. At the entrance, we scanned our documents, checked the driver's license and its translation. For the car return, we had originally planned to return it at the airport, but a phone call confirmed that we could change to the Union Square location for free, which was great since our hotel was at Union Square. The service was very good with no extra charges.

No issues with our Nissan Rogue - car was clean and spacious. The check-in process was fine, however the service staff was a bit pushy with the upsell of insurance and car upgrade.

This was our second booking with Easyrentcars and didn't have any issues again.
