La première voiture qu'on m'a proposée a été une Citroën Berlingo qui était beaucoup trop petite pour nous 7 car sans coffre ! Donc Hertz a accepté, à ma demande, de nous remette une Citroën Jumpy moyennant un supplément de 15 € par jour. Et là nous avons pu passé d'excellentes vacances! Merci à eux!

The car rental pickup is 50 meters to the right as you exit the biggest train station in Nice. No need for a driver's license notarization, but it's slightly expensive. The return is inside the TGV train station, very convenient, no issues with the service.

The car I have reserved was not available at the time of pick up. The staff was very helpful to check other alternative options for me. Finally, a car on the same range has been arranged. It took some times to settle the whole rental process. I greatly appreciate the excellent service provided and would be great if the car could be clean up before rental.

Easy to use. At the beginning, I reserved another type of vehicle. I have amended my booking at the last-minute. I did get a full refund for my previous booking and made a new booking smoothly.
