The counter staff not very friendly, they did not give the deposit cancellation confirmation slip.

The car that we received was new and gave excellent service without any issues at all. The ordering of the car was straight forward and welcome advice given throughout the ordering process to include all aspects of the car hire and requirements necessary for the country that we were driving through. At the collection point the staff were very helpful and gave information willingly to include help with our directions. Returning the car agin, was straight forward and quick. The car was checked and a clearance document signed in a matter of minutes and we were on our way. Again, the staff were very freindly and even helped us with our cases.

As our first experience with Easyrentcars.com we found them very professional and very helpful with the information and advice that they provided. The car provided was excellent.
