I bought the most comprehensive car insurance on QEEQ, and when picking up the car, they asked if I wanted to buy personal accident insurance. After thinking about it, I decided to purchase it—4 people, 7 days, totaling $250.58. They also asked if I would refuel the car myself when returning it. I chose to refuel myself, and there are many gas stations near the airport, which is very convenient!
They added insurance without my consent. I never left the city, so why do I need roadside assistance coverage? The service documentation is incomplete.
The service was excellent this time. I forgot to leave the lock in the car while on my way to the airport. When I realized it, I handed it to the driver who took me to the airport. He said he could deliver it to the company for me. I really appreciated this great service.
