This is the third time I've rented from this company. Every experience has been very good. The only downside is that there are too many customers, so the queue time is a bit long.

The car pickup was quick, and the vehicle's condition was decent. However, the staff's attitude was somewhat indifferent, most likely because it's an airport with many tourists. We picked up the car 25 minutes earlier than our scheduled time and noticed they charged us an extra $20. Fortunately, we double-checked and told them we'd return the car earlier, then they promptly canceled the extra charge. Overall, it was pretty good, and I would recommend it.
