All perfect, quick and easy pickup, we were lucky to receive a brand new car.

This company offers good value for money, so there are often more people renting from them, naturally leading to queues.

The man at the counter did great with what he had. ALL THE CARS WERE LOCKED UP IN COMPUTER!!! Had to do paperwork on paper!!! May at the counter tried but could not get cars released!!! :-(

With the first car Nissan Sentra, great car, I've got a flat tyre. I returned the car myself to the drop off point, and asked for another car. That lasted (because of the manager) quite a long time. The other car was much smaller (Ford Focus) than the Sentra, and I had to sign again some papers despite it was the same contract. I think that process can run more smoothier and friendlier for your customers

When picking up the car, the attendant told me if I returned the car 3 hours earlier, I wouldn't have to pay for an additional day. Not something she had to do. I was fortunate enough to be able to do that!

I've rented cars countless times for international travel and have chosen many rental companies, but this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible one! The car's Bluetooth couldn't connect to my phone, and the service attitude was extremely bad! I will never choose this company again in my life!! As an honest and conscientious traveler, I strongly advise everyone to be cautious! Don't choose this small rental company just because it’s cheap; you might think you're saving money, but the losses you face when returning the car will far exceed what you think you saved... They make money by charging penalties and fines! A total scam! Choose another company, please!

Overall, it's okay

Car had not been checked before collection - on 2nd day of rental the engine warning light came on and on my inspection the engine coolant level was very low so had to purchase coolant to fill up the reservoir! Alamo staff knew nothing about the "$1" deposit scheme and it took a long time to convince them they should not take the full Alamo deposit! Car was OK but older than I would have expected and was quite tatty.

Booking process was OK - price drop didn't find any savings!
