The waiting time was too long. The staff spent an excessive amount of time talking to customers without making progress. I waited in line for over an hour.
The car rental location at Maui Airport is quite far, but there's a shuttle bus. When there are more customers, they open more counters. I had to wait about fifteen minutes. They asked us a few questions and if I didn't mind a two-door car. Very considerate and quick service.
