There were hidden charges. The upgrade to third-party insurance at pickup was mandatory, and they also added roadside assistance insurance without asking me. These were options I didn't select while booking through the rental platform! Additionally, there were tax fees. So apart from the rental fee, I ended up paying more than double the cost!

The fees quoted at booking were significantly different from what I was actually charged! Many options I didn't choose were claimed to be mandatory. I picked the cheapest car, but it ended up costing 7-800 per day, very unsatisfactory!

Procedures are convenient, car pickup and return are easy. The service was great; we rented the car for 19 days and traveled over 6,000 miles, changing cars three times without any issues.
