The office is just a 2-minute walk from the parking lot via an internal path, but they insisted on giving us a map that took us 10 minutes to walk outside, and the staff didn't accompany us.
The car rental company did not push for additional sales during pickup, and the deposit was unfrozen within a day after return. So far, no extra charges have been received.
Overall it was fine, with a bit of an Italian feel. The car provided had at least ten scratches, but the dealer had pointed out the damaged spots beforehand. Overall experience was okay.
Decent value and the car was in good condition. Customer service was better than expected as the reviews were generally less than complimentary. The only minor issue was the distance of the pick up point from the arrivals terminal. It is a long walk in the heat with baggage.
