Extremely slow, long queues with fewer and fewer staff. Spent an hour waiting in line. Very bad experience

The service is excellent, the car is in great condition, and there were no issues along the way.

We told budget that we needed the E-zpass, but they didnt not put any in the car. Slow and not helpfull staff at The counter

Issues with pick up we waited a long time to get the car in line then was embarrassed because they wanted two credit cards which I did not travel with two and additional money which I was NOT expecting!!! Ultimately charged much more than quoted upfront despite following rules returning vehicle is new condition with a full tank of gas!
