Please see above, it was way below what I am used to experiencing with Budget.

I had lost days on my trip, had to cover additional hotel costs. lost a meeting which i had to reschedule for September. lost days on my bookings that i paid for. How was i to drive in the rain with no windshield wipers. Was emailed a credit and no credit passed

On your booking the amount given i was charged a little more, this could have been due to exchange rate at the time. Was quoted around R26000 and billed R28000 when collected the vehicle was charged an additional R10000.

Foreign rental companies are decent, but QEEQ is horrible. There's no actual QEEQ, it's just a second-hand broker. It took me a long time to find out it was budget.

The car was cleaned, washed and ready for me. A major plus for me and why I normally book with Budget. No last minute surprises.

This is my second time. Easy to to use and best price offered.

The wait at the Budget line at JFK was HORRENDOUSLY long. I arrived only ti find the longest queue was for Budget. I stood in line from 10.30am until 12.30 noon before i was able to get to the counter. The lady who served me mumbled away for most of the time and would walk away from the counter from time to time. It was a shoddy experience. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
