The overall service was average, possibly due to my own lack of English proficiency. After completing the paperwork, there was no handover process; I had to go to the parking lot to find the car myself. When I couldn't locate the car, I had to return to the office for assistance. Once I found the car, the cleanliness was poor, and the display screen was unclear.
The attendant strongly recommended other car models when picking up the car. Finally, I had to pay an additional $30 per day to switch from a Volkswagen Jetta to a Toyota Camry Hybrid.
Car ok. Problems with credit card--thought was fraud use. worked out with Budget eventually. SO THEY DID THEIR JOB.
Budget needs an over ride to credit card company to check out / rectify card problem. Lock you out after 2 card tries.
