The company's service is efficient. Even though they recommend some insurance options when picking up the car, the final decision is up to you. Although the Dodge I reserved was not available, I could choose an equivalent model. What surprised me was how easy it was to return the car. You almost just need to drive there and hand over the keys.

Cultural differences between Chinese and Western cultures made communication challenging, but their attitude was earnest.

They have Chinese-speaking staff, and there are many new car models

Like: No surprises...got exactly what I reserved and for the price promised
Dislike: The upsell....would of loved to upgrade to a higher class however upgrade pricing were very far fetched....cost more to upgrade 1 class than the total cost of my 2 week rental!
