Overall, it was pretty quick. The car collection took a bit of time. I got a similar model, but the car wasn't great. It was just okay to drive.

They charged £195 for a small mark on the tire, which they found using a flashlight up close, plus an additional 20% service fee. It's a scam. I thought big companies wouldn't do this, but this one acted just like the small companies. I won't use them again. The radio couldn't be turned off, the navigation sound couldn't be turned on, the car didn't drive straight, and the steering pulled to the left. Make sure to take lots of photos as evidence when you pick up the car.

The car pick-up process was straightforward and clear, and the service attitude was excellent.

Very bad. They didn't require a tire inspection when picking up the car and tried to sell us scratch insurance, which we declined. Upon return, the inspector claimed there were scratches on the tires and said they would deduct from the deposit card for repairs (basically, they were going to replace the tires). No argument worked; we demanded to confront the staff who handed over the car, but they ignored us.
