Car was new but we had to wait to complete the paperwork at the office then walk to the pick up point in the car park. Car was being washed and took 20 minutes to be delivered,
Price was excellent. Staff helpful
“Perfecta si otro conductor no hubiera chocado con el coche aparcado.”
About NOLEGGIARE:10.0/10
I would avoid this company. It's an Italian local company that attracts people with low prices, and it is indeed cheaper than several other international companies. However, every time I rent a car, it's never the model I reserved. Last year, I reserved a Ford Focus, but got a Toyota instead. The trunk could only fit one 24-inch suitcase, so I had to put the other suitcase in the back seat. This year, I reserved an MPV, but ended up with a Peugeot SUV. We had three 24-inch suitcases and could only fit two of them. In the end, I had to pay nearly 400 euros extra to switch to a Skoda. What a rip-off! Also, because I didn't buy their insurance, they inspected the car very meticulously when I returned it. Thankfully, I was aware of their practices from last year.
“It was okay but could have been worst if Noleggaire didn't offer a vehicle with 4 doors.”
About NOLEGGIARE:7.0/10
On pick up location, Noleggaire staff appeared helpful until they started up selling and denied our booking was of 4 door car and instead offered a very small / tiny car with door under our booking. They were identifying cars with categories A, B, C, etc. Whilst booking was done on small, medium, large, etc. Car basis.
It was a horrible experience. They tried to give us a diesel cadillac saying they didn't have the ford focus we ordred. They said the insurance we bought through QEEQ was not reliable and we needed to spend 400 Euros to have the minimal insurance. We asked about GPS and they would have charged us 135E but were out, anyhow the car they finally gave us had GPS. They said since I booked the car I couldn't have my husband as a driver so the charged another 95E. They said that drop off at Venice airport after pick up at Bergamo was another 170+ Euros, though I understood there was no extra charge. There was a large road tax about 145 E. The woman helping us was confusing and unpleasant
The service was average. They charged me over 100 euros for returning the car a few minutes late. The return staff said it was fine, but a few days later, the charge appeared.
I have tried to send the confimation to you seven times and all were rejected. You have the information you requested and this is bullshit to take up so much time. I should get the credit for the rental with QEEQ and if not will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN.
Staff was very particular of scrapes on the cars with other customers. We got out without too much problems. We video taped the condition of the car at pickup.
I would have been happier had we received the car we had ordered. But as mentioned, it all worked out well in the end. The counter customer staff was all hard sell on the extra insurance, though, and I practically has to be rude to get away from them.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
QEEQ did everything they said they would; I had no issues with navigating selections of available rentals.
