The line was very long, took almost three hours. When it was our turn, there were no cars available, waited for another hour. No place for family to wait, sat outside, child had a fever, told them but it was no use. Waiting outside worsened the illness, later spent over a thousand dollars for medical treatment. The front desk clerk was watching movies the whole time, worst customer service I've experienced in the US. After finally getting a car, a fault light came on after 20 minutes, had to go back to exchange it, reached the hotel at dawn. Is this really the second largest car rental company in the US? More like the second to last.

I believe the rental car company engaged in serious deceit. I had already paid the full amount on the platform because I was worried about being cheated. When picking up the car, I explained to the employee that I didn't want to add any extras since I'd paid in full. Now I received a charge for upgrading the car and a bunch of other fees. I only rented the car for 2 days, but the company charged me much more than my two-day rental should cost. I can't accept this. I hope the platform helps me resolve this issue. Unacceptable! The platform didn't make enough effort to help me appeal!

At Los Angeles Airport, the staff keeps pushing additional insurance and even tried to convince us it was mandatory. Only after my strong questioning did they admit it was optional. They seem to take advantage of non-native English speakers. The service attitude was really poor. The reserved car type was unavailable. I booked an SUV, but they recommended a Mercedes sedan instead, claiming it had a built-in GPS. What a hassle.

At the Los Angeles airport location, there were long queues and poor efficiency; it took nearly an hour to get the car. On-site, I was informed that only the main driver's credit card could be used for the deposit, not MasterCard UnionPay, and only Visa UnionPay. The reservation was made under my friend's name, who is the main driver and only has MasterCard. I had prepaid for the car and had a Visa. I contacted the rental company customer service to change the main driver to me or coordinate somehow. Despite explaining the issue three times, they kept repeating: 'You need to prepare a MasterCard or Visa credit card. We're sorry, but we can't solve this.' They totally didn't understand my issue! Eventually, the on-site staff coordinated with a supervisor to use my friend's MasterCard, but it added $150 for insurance!
