Simple procedures and good service. My spouse is the driver but doesn't have a credit card, and the company accepted cash as a deposit as a workaround.
At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
There were too many people, and the waiting time was very long.
