San Francisco - Highway 1 - Long Beach - Los Angeles - Las Vegas

The queue was too long, and the service experience was very poor. At San Francisco Airport, it took 1.5 hours to handle the paperwork and another half an hour in line to pick up the car! The car model felt much smaller than what was reserved, but I couldn't wait in line any longer.

They offered a selection of models instead of just assigning one. Great!

The queue was extremely long.

Waited 2 hours to pick up the car. The paid Chinese pickup guide wasn't there, and the car model was incorrect. What else can I say?

Like: The car, a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was an excellent, well-designed and maintained piece of equipment. Great car. Rate did not match the reservation rate (it was higher, due to "taxes and fees", but was quickly corrected, once I showed the printout and e-mail, which did include taxes and fees.
Dislike: That the rate was higher than was what was contracted for. Fortunately, I had printouts and e-mails to prove it.
