I rented a car for a day through Wuzuche, but I didn't expect LA traffic to be so bad. I returned the car three hours late, including the time to refuel, and was charged a total of $169.46. I don't understand why. They said if you return the car an hour late, they charge you for an entire day, which is around 400 RMB. The charges were unreasonable, and there's no Chinese customer service, so communication was difficult.

“I won’t use Avis again”

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.
