The car rental company's service was pretty good, and there were no upsells during the pickup.

Nightmare! Arrived at the pickup point 40 minutes early, waited past the scheduled pickup time, and was told the reserved car was not available, even though the full amount was paid in advance. Couldn't wait any longer, they finally gave us a smaller Ford. We had many people and a lot of luggage, and drove it for 18 days covering 8300 kilometers. It was crazy!

Close to the airport hotel.

AVIS service was decent. There were not many people when I went, so I got the car without waiting in line.
