“Very smooth pickup and drop off, but beware of extra charges.”

The rental was smooth and efficient at pick up and drop off, and the staff were helpful. My one issue is an extra charge applied of $152.90 , with a receipt that shows only an apparent fuel shortfall on return of just 0.5 gallons even though the fuel gauge showed over the full point on return. (which I confirmed on return but did not think to photograph).

Good customer service so far. I appreciated the advice email before pickup. I would like some follow up on this surcharge issue.
