I was inexplicably charged an overtime fee. The invoice shows that I picked up the car at 3:13 PM, I parked the car in Hertz's designated spot before 3:00 PM, and handed over the keys around 3:00 PM. However, the return time mysteriously changed to 3:47 PM. By that time, I had already completed check-in and security procedures. The rental company used the time they inspected the car as my return time and unjustly charged the overtime fee, which is ridiculous.

Originally planned for five people, but only three of us ended up coming. Seeing there were only three of us, they gave us a Renault Megane estate. Great for long drives, very confident handling on highways and curves.

No car was available, so Hertz provided one, but they required an additional insurance purchase.

Madrid Airport has return points at both T1 and T4. Choose T1 or T4 based on your flight without needing to call. T1, T2, and T3 are together, but T4 is farther away.

When I called QEEQ's Chinese customer service, they said they could not control Hertz and I needed to negotiate myself. I feel that QEEQ offers very low protection for customers, and Hertz is poorly managed with intentional price increases. After I insisted, they admitted I had paid in full and had to reserve the car for me. Even if I didn't pick up the car, it was still mine. Eventually, they provided a car of the same class, which proves they had a car but didn't want to give it to me initially. Their behavior was very malicious.
