Based on various reviews online and my personal experience, it's the typical Italian way of doing things. The efficiency was decent, the staff were quite laid-back, but everything worked out fine overall. Communication was fairly smooth, although using a translation app was necessary. The car provided was a CHR with great features, and it drove very smoothly.
The counter service was a bit slow, but the efficiency at the pickup and drop-off locations was very high, and the staff was extremely enthusiastic and helpful with any issues. They did not push insurance aggressively at pickup, which made the experience very pleasant. They also conducted a joint inspection of the car at pick-up and proactively pointed out any hard-to-notice damages. I will likely choose this company again next time!
Very good rental, there was a waiting line for about 30min, lady at counter tried to sell additional insurence, but thats nothing new. Overall very good experience. We got a Lancia Ypsilon, as did all the people in the line. But it was a nice car, new and very drivable, even to the etna.

A lot of time spend of pick-up,over 40 min.the car was not clean.the fuels not full.at the drop off ceck at each damages.
