The queue at Hertz is usually short since they have more counters open; you can generally get things done quickly. The nearby 'Triple-One' isn't as efficient, but it's cheaper. Hertz's insurance is slightly less aggressive with their upselling; they offered $10 per day and I went ahead and purchased it. 'Triple-One,' on the other hand, tries to upsell everything. While their orders are cheaper, their insurance often makes up the difference. Hertz strikes a better balance overall.
Overall good. Most vehicles of the same type are Chevrolet Malibu, but the trunk is relatively small. The car is slightly smaller in size compared to similar models.
Overall experience was pretty good. They didn't push any additional services, and the staff at pickup were very helpful. The only downside was an extra $200 charge at the end, and I still haven't received a breakdown, so I'm not sure what the fee was for.
